The title is based on the starting lines of famous poet Prof K S Nissar Ahmed's popular poem. The film stars Ramesh, director- actor S Narayan and Mohan opposite Ruchita Prasad, Bhavana and another newcomer. Umasri and Ambarish make a special appearance in the film. Mandi Rai and Honnavalli Krishna have supporting roles. The film is produced by Jai Jagdeesh. Ramani, known for handling comedy situations is helping the director with the same. Dialogue writer Nanjunda is supporting Babu in screenplay. Hamsalekha is the lyricist and music director.
